Ranks second all-time at UCI in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:49.92....qualified for the 2008 NCAA Track & Field West Regional in that event...placed fifth in the steeplechase at the '08 Big West Conference Track & Field Championships...she finished 38th (23:36.6) over 6,000 meters at the 2007 Big West Cross Country Championships...was named Big West Athlete of the Week in October 2007 after finishing 13th of 109 runners at the UC San Diego Triton Classic...top 800 time in the 2007 track and field season was 2:17.64 at the Claremont Classic....placed 44th in the 2006 UCSD Triton Cross Country Classic with a time of 24:59.0 over 6,000 meters....finished 45th at the 2006 UCI Cross Country Invitational with a time of 19:45.3 over 5,000 meters....was 61st at the Cal State Fullerton Titan Invitational....top 800-meter time in 2006 track season was 2:26.46 at Claremont.... was a redshirt in cross country at UCI in 2005....competed at Crescenta Valley High School for coach Mark Evans....earned All-Pacific League honors in cross country in 2004 and was all-league in track in 2004 and 2005....also earned two letters in basketball....majoring in psychology and social behavior....earned Big West Scholar-Athlete honors in 2007-08 and was named to the Big West Academic All-Conference teams for fall and spring sports....parents are Mike and Cindy Chramosta. |
