Finished 22nd (27:16.0) at the 2006 Titan Cross Country Invitational and 38th (27:29.4) at the '06 UCSD Triton Classic....placed fifth in the 5,000 meters in track at the 2006 Steve Scott Invitational....finished 11th in the 1,500 meters at the '06 Big West Challenge Cup....finished 40th at the 2005 Big West Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:11.8 over 8,000 meters....was 25th at the '05 UCI Invitational.... ....earned All-CIF honors in track in 2005 at Crescenta Valley High School for coach Mark Evans....also competed in prep basketball....majoring in social ecology....earned Big West Scholar-Athlete honors in cross country the past two years and was named to the Big West Academic All-Conference for fall sports in 2006....parents are Tim and Linda Whisman. |
