NO. 4 HAWAII BEATS NO. 12 LONG BEACH STATE 10-6

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - The No. 4 Hawaii Rainbow Wahine beat No. 12 Long Beach State 10-6 Saturday in the first round of the UC Irvine Women's Water Polo Invitational at Corona del Mar High School.

Lisa van Raalte of Hawaii and Lauren Sieprath of Long Beach State each had three goals in the match.

Hawaii will play in the quarterfinals at 4:30 p.m. and Long Beach State will move to the consolation bracket and will play at 5:45 at Corona del Mar High School.
